Housing Navigation is a focused, outcome oriented, and time limited service that helps people with I/DD who need or want to move to community-based housing to obtain and maintain stable, long-term housing of their choice.

2- Special Needs Trusts and other specialized estate planning vehicles 

3- Achieving a Better Life Experience (

The Chartered Special Needs Consultant® (ChSNC®) signifies expertise in financial planning for special needs individuals, their families, and caregivers including government benefits such as:

1-  Supplemental Security Income (SSI) 

2- Special Needs Trusts and other specialized estate planning vehicles 

3- Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) accounts to support savings for people with disabilities
